- Provide guidance, blueprints, a multi-year roadmap, and supervision for Blue Cross's AI, ML, Digital Transformation, Automation, and IT divisions.- Lead the conceptualization and design of generative AI models that can create next-generation GenAI solutions at BCNC.- Define the technical direction for generative AI initiatives, including the model architecture, framework, training strategies, and evaluation metrics.- Identify and evaluate appropriate generative models based on project requirements and data characteristics.- Implement generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into larger projects.- Establish standards for cross-domain reference architecture.- Support cost avoidance and benefits realization.
