• Responsible for overall management and technical operations of the vessels.This includes overseeing the daily maintenance and repair,survey scheduling,onboard general assessment of vessels,inspections and docking when.
• Ensure company owned and managed vessels are operated in a safe,efficient and economical manner and in full compliance with Class and Statuary regulations.
• Ensure that Vessels Planned maintenance system is being operated and reported in the manner prescribed in the company’s standard and procedures.
• Responsible for overseeing the installation and certification of 3rd party equippments on vessel.
• Liaise with Vessel Masters and Chief Engineers as required and providing technical advice and assistance when necessary.
• Ensure all relevant information regarding a vessel repair/ docking is updated in the PMS system.

• Overseeing the daily operation of maintenance & repair, survey, schedules & docking and ensure compliance to the statuary requirement of the vessel.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team to produce high quality job without any work delay or rework.
• Closely monitored performance of all machineries on vessel, daily work done reports and ensure that charter party requirements are fulfilled.
• Prepare detailed scope of work of ship and fully in charge while dry docking to ensure that requirements are fulfilled.
• Carried out periodical inspection of vessels and prepared a detailed report & review the same with manager. Also reported about defects/damage/accidents to authorities when required.
• Collaborate with the Port Engineer to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Inspection of raw material for its specification & quality to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Coordinate mechanical activities in plant and metallurgy lab for material quality.
• Check all process parameters at various stages such as Heat treatment, Galvanizing and Production department.
• Ensure to prepare proper inspection reports and in process, Final and Pre-dispatch reports of all components before dispatch.
