I am a development professional with more than 22 years of experience at various NGOs, Networks, Government, UN and International Organizations with an extensive experience of programme Management, proposal development, implementation, evaluation, advocacy, networking, research and documentation with a multi-sectoral and multi thematic expertise. Currently working working in Room to Read as project lead and education project. My last worked organization was Save the Children wherein I have managed multiple projects of Child Protection, Education, COVID-19 Humanitarian Response in south India (Telangana and Andhra Pradesh) supported by Institutional Donors and corporate donors. Currently I am working as Program Officer, Literacy Field at Room to Read organization and leading a Scaling-up Reading Interventions (SERI) project. I am team player and passionate to bring in conducive working environment into teams to reach the goals with my multi-sectoral and multi-tasking ability, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
