Senior Executive Operations ( Heading Operations Delhi)
CurrentJob responsibilities include Supervisory Operational functions as below:• Customer focus / Operations, Effectively handle customer queries, complaints, requests and providing solutions, serving key accounts.• Effective Co-ordination with Sales and Handling for smooth and profitable operations.• On job training / orientation of employees / staff rostering.• Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Operations Reports which includes weekly/monthly performances and information relating to market updates.• Supervision of Flight Planning for Export Cargo & ULD unitization.• Coordinate with GHA for Pre/Post flight massages.• ULD control in co-ordination with Etihad Airways head office and service provider.• Import Operations, Co-ordination with GHA.• Handling claims filed by shipper and liaison with AUH claims department.
