Currently, I serve as the Head of Quality and Audit at Analytics Vidhya, the world's largest knowledge portal for Analytics and Data Science professionals.In this role, I am accountable for ensuring the implementation of robust processes across the organization. This encompasses overseeing various aspects such as marketing lead generation, sales processes, IT assets management, and more.Previously, I held the position of Chief Operating Officer at CO-OFFIZ, a rapidly expanding co-working company in Delhi-NCR. Here, I played a pivotal role in spearheading early break-even initiatives by formulating strategic business plans, establishing sales and business development teams, and driving marketing efforts.With nearly 15+ years of diverse experience spanning FMCG, KPO, and Life Insurance sectors, I have had the privilege of working with both multinational corporations and startups.I am a firm believer of the power of a Talented Team and adoption of new technologies.
