● Understand the requirement, raise hand before sprint start and deliver messages to the management for technical challenge.● Participate and drive technical discussions within engineering group in all phases of the development . Review requirements, produce design documents(LLD), participate in peer reviews, support QA team.● Analysis all journey related issues and provide RCA .Provide technical support by troubleshooting day-to- day issues.● Identify and fixed performance issues using "New Relic" tool in the prod and UAT environment.Provide RCA and take new development to overcome these problem.Resolve all Load testing issue.● Implement redis RPUSHALL and RPOPLEFTPUSH implementation during lead allocation in business entity.● Work closely with colleagues Using java new features ,reduce database call , reduce dependencies , indexing into database column and optimize the application performance.● Designing and developing event-based / pub-sub workflows & data ingestion solutions.● Monitor EC2 instances with MANAGED Prometheus & Grafana.● Writing docker file, docker compose , manifest and scripting file.● Creating S3 bucket ,SQS ,SNS ,creating and managing policies.● Working in VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda,API Gateway.
