Working with INDICRAFT for 6 Weeks has been a great opportunity for me as it not only taught me about how to deal with client but also teaches the roles and responsibilities of the assistant manager . I also learn to Co-ordinate with people , to work as a team , to do work on time and also learn basics about managing and leading the team . So as the word INDICRAFT suggest activity that requires skills with hand as well as artistic ability . So the main motive of INDICRAFT is to organize various events such as :-1. ART AND PAINTING WORKSHOP2. STORY TELLING In order to promote Tribal Culture , Tribal Food , Tribal Clothing and their Lifestyle with these events . In the event - Art and Painting Workshop and Story Tellling we have bring all forms of Tribal Arts and Painting { Gond Painting , Madhubani Art , Warli Painting , Santhal Painting , Dhokra Craft and many more } under a single roof to show an audience how these craft is established and what is the importance of these crafts.So in this event I as an intern worked to promote the event through marketing socially and making campaign in various colleges to aware people about the event . As Indicraft is a startup supported by AIC {Atal Incubate Centre } I worked in multiple fields and so I also worked with Sales Team and Backup Team too, to generate leads through Cold and Hot callings and also worken on IVR Panel. Working at indicraft I got to understand about the culture , ethics , clothing and lifestyle of Tribal community of our country which is beautifull in its own way , thus this internship proved to be more of knowledgeable and best experience for me.
