Product Management: Handling the entire In‐house brand portfolio in Credit Cards cutting across mass, mass premium, premium and super premium segment of customers; Responsible for New Product launches, End to End functioning of Product covering Marketing, Technology, Operations, Customer Service and Sales support.Cards Product Value Proposition : Designing and tweaking value propositions of card portfolio through managing various partner relationships; In depth analysis of consumer behavior on various propositions to capture customer needs and wants.Sales Strategy: Designing new sales processes to enhance ease of sourcing; Promotional campaigns for profitable product mix.Business Relationship Management‐‐Acquiring Business: Managing the relationship of ICICI Merchant Services‐ A JV of ICICI Bank and FirstData; Involved in executing and designing processes as per the business requirements and working closely with various banking groups viz. Accounting, Operations, Taxation, Compliance, Legal etc.

Handled the Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicle Business for Central Maharashtra.

Handled the marketing function of the company as a part of team.Conducted workshops and had continuous interactions with the potential clients. Additional responsibilities of preparing the marketing material (e.g. client presentations, product brochure etc.) and investor pitches for the company.Also handled the promotional activities for the company viz. promoting its products at Techfest 2009 at IIT Bombay.
