Process sets up for new projects

Key Roles and Responsibilities:  Audit the existing process, identified critical areas and design new corrective processes to ensure right quality meeting stringent customer requirements Plan the production schedule within budgetary limitation and time constrains by analyzing the plants personnel and capital  Prepare short/ long term production scheduling & forecasting and monthly analysis and cost planning Identify key resources to select the best way of meeting the production schedule Facilitate numerous root-cause failure analysis investigations with regard to SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and equipment failure Implement quality improvement programs including spot audits, root cause analysis and implement remedial actions Oversee raw material inventory and work with vendors to communicate quality and delivery issues Assist in implementation of new projects related to value added products from castor and other oils  Support the team in implementing ISO standards Prepare and implement SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and KPI’s (Key Performance Indices) Develop new products in close co-ordination with the R&D team of the end consumer Critically study the existing process costs and carry out production cost efficiencies in line with the best in the industry Identify and develop a competent “production team”
