Assisting WEA's senior program manager in managing/ impact tracking WEA's global programs, supporting relationships, and communications with international partners. Conducting research on relevant topics related to gender justice, environmental/climate justice, racial justice, and economic justice, supporting tracking developments in these areas globally, and assisting with data management of programs.

Bichauliya, my senior year capstone project, focuses on the problem of rural unemployment in India and the effectiveness of the biggest policy intervention for this problem - MGNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act). This project combines policy analyses, recommendations, and the proposal of a management system that would leverage the government’s resources to make the policy more effective. Collaborated with four district-level NREGA officers to understand how the execution of the program differs according to the regional context. Interviewed fifty job-seekers enrolled in the program to understand the challenges they face to exercise their rights (100 days of guaranteed employment and on-time payment) and the role gender, caste, and age play in finding employment.Proposed changes to the policy that would hold government officials and contractors accountable through proper documentation of employment records of every job-seeker.Built a prototype using WhatsApp Bot as a management system to help NREGA officials communicate job availability, proximity, and timeline to job-seekers.

Abhilasha, a spinoff of Telangana Jagruthi, aims to curb the prevalence of Iron deficiency anemia among South Asian women by tackling one of its root causes- worm infestations.Conducted interdisciplinary research (interviews, ethnographies, focus groups, quantitative and policy analysis) to develop a two-pronged intervention to mitigate anemia.Developed strategic partnerships with MPs, the Ministry of Health, 15 organizations, and ten district-level governments; and managed the investor relations & grant writing team to raise 50,000 USD. Co-led a team of 6 to Implement Abhilasha by managing multiple stakeholders (business owners, local govts, beneficiaries, and Abhilasha) in 50 villages, mitigated anemia levels among 32% of our targeted consumers, and impacted 18,000 women through a decentralized business model.

Analysing consumer purchase behavior on Instacart to help in increasing Milton’s online salesand brand presence. Also working with several retail intelligence platforms such as IRI, Spins,84.51, and Numerator to optimize the placement of products and promotions.

Part of the course development team and helping them curate courses and rethink the pedagogy depending on the nature of the partnership. Also assisting the team as an outreach intern with building partnerships that help scale Minerva Project's business.

Identified three potential sales and distribution channels for Orderbird’s MINI POS system that are poised to increase their revenues. Also, implemented changes to Orderbird’s existing marketing strategy depending on the channels that we have chosen.

A govt driven co-operative credit institution, DCCB Vizianagaram ensures sustainable and equitable rural development in Vizianagaram district, empowering over 1.5 million people. Conceptualized the SDG microfinance pilot program that awarded micro-credit ranging from 150 - 2000 USD to 80 marginalized entrepreneurs for setting up enterprises that aligned with SDGs. Led a team of 3 to monitor the deal flow, due diligence, and training and evaluation of the program.Created a roadmap for a scalable digital financial literacy program amongst rural youth after extensive stakeholder and policymaker consultations, impacting youth in public schools across the district.

Tested the viability of exporting SM institute's K-pop integrated digital education curriculum to the USA, Canada, India, China, and Pakistan. Came up with an export strategy proposal that underlined price points, consumer base, and the go-to-market approach considering the countries' socio-economic and political conditions.

Built a business model and piloted a project that leveraged partnerships with English professors offering TOEFL tutoring services in India. Pivoted from the idea and developed a note-taking digital canvas that received $13,500 in funding from the college’s incubator program.

Focused on mitigating the adverse impact of constructions on San Francisco's Taraval street on local businesses. Conducted market research through data analysis and hypothesis testing to formulate strategies that boosted the sales performance of local businesses.
