Current- Daily Meeting with All Seniors for quality problems for in-house & Customer End.
- Analysis of defective Vehicle at different stage as process & Repair Confirmation area.
- Identify of the issue of the defective part with immediate effect.
- Kaizen techniques to be used for eliminate faults.
- Knowledge about 5S, HO - REN – SO, 3K, 3G, STOP/CALL/WAIT etc.
- Knowledge of Vehicle required testing process like wheel alignment,side slip, Turning radius, Headlight adjustment, Appearance, Drum, Brake, ECU, Short road, Long road, Shower etc.
