 Took care of Distribution, Transport Operations & Procurement Logistics for North Region. Leading 2 FCs from where we serve 1.4 Lc shipments a day.  Expanded our Own Line Haul from 20% to 85% for Myntra-Jabong.  Handling the Fleet of approx 150 vehicles Intra & Intercity.Procurement Logistics we have approx 665 vendors through which we serve apporx 70K items a day

Took care of Transport/Logistics operations for North and East Region. Expanded our own line haul from 20% to 85% for Myntra-Jabong shipments in 1yr 6 months.Was a contributor in reducing the cost per shipment by 3 rupees using many new methods in transport. Taking care of the training and developments plans of entire team. Was the part of panel for creating and executing the SOP across all hubs. Recently started taking care of Dispatch Hub with the team size of 157 with daily processing of 1,10,000 shipments. Taking care of 3PL operations & vendors for North and East Region. Taking care of Regional Handover & vendors North and East Region.Handling the fleet of approx 60 vehicles Intra & Intercity. Have 15 transit hubs with cumulative area of 48,200 sqft. Working with team size of 340 (North & East) which includes Team leaders, Executives & Assistants.Lead the project of 5S for all the hubs and executed it successfully. Was a part of Transport Management System project (TMS) and got that implemented across all hubs and made it a successful process. Was a part of GPS project, which we are using for our long line haul lanes and provided a clear view to everyone on transport. Being a part of 4 EORS which were Myntra's biggest sale ever (approx 600 Cr +). Worked as Associate Manager Logistics – North, from 11th Jan'16 to 16th Jan'17.Took care of Last mile delivery and Reverse pickups for North Region.Had 18 DC (Delivery Center) with the team size of 550 plus.Supervision over 25K- 28K order & pickups every day.Was part of other few running projects (Luxury Shipments/ NDD, etc.) which were implemented and executed successfully.

Working with one of the biggest and best apparel Ecom. Taking care of Logistics Operations for North Region. Took care of Last mile deliveries, customer returns, costing, etc. Looked after the order and pickup volume of 40,000(approx) daily.Having 30 DCs (Distribution Center) out of which 15 are in Delhi- NCR and 15 are at upcountry.Having a team of 545 guys including - SDA (Delivery Guys, DC Assistants, DC Managers).Reporting to the Regional Manager - North.

Took care of entire operations of Self Delivery Pan India. Got promoted last year as Operations Manager.Looking after the Operations of 6 Hubs - Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune. Was looking after the entire operations of Restaurant. Handled a team of 38 team members along with 1 shift manager and 2 supervisors. Was responsible for the PnL and Inventory of restaurant. Assured that best service was provided to the customers with high standards of hygiene. Religiously following the SOPs and the training of team members so that customers can have the best experience of food as well as service. Was focused for retention of team and hiring also.
