Tools used to process the Manual order processing are NBN Portal, Cramer and Drift Rass (Mainframe Application). Involved in the NBN and Cramer Automation which helps to creating orders for NBN service i.e. BIP/CIP NBN product. Developed Robot Scripts for Order management, so that the order will be processed automatically in less time and perfection. Debugging and Troubleshooting the Errors. Analyze the technical errors with the service requests and implement appropriate solution for the same. Projects include Object Cloning, Web Controls, Terminal Emulator, Excel Operations.
