Responsible to Manage and deliver IT infrastructure services globally of one of Reputed Retail customer having footprint over 50 countries and leading a 70+ members of strong Network technical team. Responsible to Manage day to day operations of the customer Network and responsible to meet all KPI and SLA.

• Support the Manager Bill Payment in NAM who is responsible for invoices regarding all Philips Telecom services. Work with the external TEM Supplier and manage Philips's internal Stakeholders in the Accounts Payable process.• Managing operational activities, such as procurement and fulfilment of Telecom services (sim cards, phones, fixed lines, and telecom equipment), with our TEM (Telecom Expense Management) partner and Mobile Telephony carriers.• Managing relationships with Telecom Suppliers on a day-to-day basis including issue and/or dispute resolution.• Check if suppliers meet their obligations and review Supplier performance against defined SLAs and OLAs and raise service improvements when needed.• Responsible for end-to-end secure & stable Telecom operations.• Improvement of Philips internal customer satisfaction on telecom services.• Effective communication and stakeholder management during sustenance and crisis.• Continually improve the service for betterment, ease of operation, and fulfilling the business needs• Assist with monthly closeout procedures such as invoice audit & review and providing information for accruals.
