In August 2018, a new project for setting up a Production plant of Thermal lamination films was conceived by Industry experts and my seniors at Max. Since I shared a cordial working relationship with my seniors at max , I was asked to join in and thus joined as Export Sales Manager for Coatall , in this role I got an opportunity further sharpen my skills in Export sales, Acquiring new customers , products and costing of the films . Costing was the added responsibility in comparison to the similar role I had in the previous organization but that's where the business end is . Thus it helped sharpen my Business sense and also made me aware of the minute technical details of all the products .

Export Sales for thermal films for one of the most respected suppliers in the world . Learned the art quickly as I was already hands on with my experience from BOPP plant . Learned the basic structure , terminologies , technology and Commercials of thermal lamination film from one of the most respected gurus in the industry . With a strong Max brand name and excellent and most experienced team along with best in the industry hardware I was able to quickly overrun the sales targets by tapping in customers from competition. Spent about 2 years in this role , making friends and loyal customers along the way .

Joined as Engineer Projects and was part of the core Mechanical and Civil Engineering team, Was fortunate enough to join the projects team at the beginning of a major expansion at MSFL , The major expansion saw investment of more than $65 Million in setting up 3 production lines , (1)Italian made ,a state of the art , Nord Mechanica 2 station Coating Line , (2)A US manufactured , 400 meters per minute US made Davis Standard Extrusion Coating line and then initial phase of one of the most ambitious projects in the industry , first in the world :(3)A German make In-line Surface coated 5 layer BOPP production line . Was responsible for planning and execution Mechanical and Civil section of the first 2 , whereas the third one I was involved in the civil part .

Joined as GET ( Graduate Engineer Trainee ) at a BOPP plant of MSFL , learned the basics of BOPP film , As an Understudy for 3 month In shifts , then I was given independent Shift responsibilities . Independently handling a team of 5 operators for production in one of the the most versatile BOPP line , making a range of products and learning the way of life .MSFL's BOPP Line 1 is one of the oldest and most versatile running lines across the globe capable of making all BOPP films being made and developed 30 years after this line was commissioned .
