I am currently leading the project to set up a Wi-Fi campus network at Patna University, Patna, Bihar, where I manage regular follow-ups and coordination with both the university users and the vendor to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, I oversee Wi-Fi network operations at LBSNAA, Mussoorie, and CBI Academy, ensuring network stability. My responsibilities also include supporting the Wi-Fi Patna project, handling the tender process for email services via GeM, and assisting in the implementation of Wi-Fi-enabled campus networks integrated with the Eduroam (Education Roaming) facility.

Specialized in monitoring and troubleshooting network performance, resolving issues such as link down, flapping, and data drops. Expert in restoration of network connectivity, identifying and mitigating root causes to ensure system stability. Skilled in providing detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for network incidents and implementing proactive solutions to prevent recurrence.
