Business Analysis:1. Creating user stories, non-functional requirements, wireframes, flow diagrams, defect tracking reports, test execution reports.2. Managing business grooming sessions to refine requirements, documentation.Client Management: 1. Rich Experience in client handling (primary POC for client calls, status updates, root cause analysis presentations, handling escalations)2. Efficient relationship management with cross functional teams.3. Assisting customers in User Acceptance Testing, defect triaging with clients and internal quality assurance team4. Discussing future projects and enhancements with clients5. Understanding clients business case, Ensure end to end delivery of the product/ project.6.
