RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor, Coordinate, Resolve / Escalate issues related to Safety & Hygiene Security Sanitation & Pest Control Adherence to IMS Procedures, Work Instructions and Formats. Identifying Hazards & taking preventive steps Inspection of Safety at Site Accident analysis equipments Create safety awareness in the employees Reduce unsafe conditions in the Warehouse through out the observation Activities related to Emergency Preparedness & response , evacuation mock drills, etc Closely monitor the communication processes, identifies gaps and suggests solutions Study probabilities related to amendment to existing guidelines and standard Operating procedures and report anomalies to management directives. Random Stock Verification of a minimum of 10% in allocated facility. Monitor the entire operation to ensure compliance with client contractual rules and Regulations and escalate accordingly if anomalies noted. Imparts, counsel and guides the projects staff on IMS and safety related issues And update the training needs identification. Schedule Inbound/Outbound upon Pre alert from clients. Timely WMS updates according to shipment movement. Process ASN & Pick ticket for Warehouse operations Prepare Invoice & Packing list and all other documents for Outbound deliveries.. Provide the RCR and all other Enquiry updates to Customer in time. Prepare necessary inbound & outbound status reports, stock movement, ageing report, billing and any other reports as required by the Supervisor or customer. Co ordinate with transportation dept for timely deliveries to allocated destinations. Measure daily and monthly KPI’s; ensure that all cost information is available for billing monthly timelines.
