Responsible for maintaining 700 no of PSU Bank ATM’s (SBI &BOB) under Ministry of Finance Project (MOF) across Rajasthan, and treating each ATM’s site as a Business Unit thus ensuring profitability contributing to overall Portfolio.Leading a team of 8 District Executives, including 2 Astt Managers, who are on field to take care of ATM maintenance in their region, by doing regular site audits, and resolving any site related issue, to maintain the Up time of ATM.Own the CSAT by understanding customer requirements, manage customer expectations and work closely with Projects Team to oversee implementation and life-cycle support of projects to ensure quality and timely service.Responsible for Improving the Profitability of ATM, by maintaining the Up time, Cash availability, and by minimizing operational cost and increasing the Avg Txn.Provide leadership and ownership of key accounts (PSU) at Rajasthan by ensuring smooth delivery of service levels to them & assuring high quality timely resolution of issues.Drive P&L objectives of existing accounts through programs like ATM downdays minimization, relocation and closure of non-profitable sites, re-deployment, penalty reversal, identification & closure of revenue leakages, maintenance of SLAs.Liaison and coordination with vendors for all deliverables at regional level.Manage CSAT through active engagement across all levels of Bank
