It's been a long journey since last 14 years; traveled pan India, played every role in sales marketing, Finance & Business development of Agricultural mechanization to serve the farmers.. "Mother Earth" .I was the youngest Area Manager (accomplished on 6th yr. of career) Sales during 2014 to 2018 when the Agri Machinery industry was on absolute boom. The company's like EICHER, Mahindra, Swaraj, McKinsey, Massey Ferguson, Samunnati, Jai Kisan have sharpened my skills by giving seemingly impossible targets each day. They say early job Switchers never succeed- I erased this and written over that you must get qualified to get selected on higher role & pay scale on every job change. And so I changed 9 company's in 13 years gaining higher position & package every-time.I can proudly say, My interview skills are awesome. total 148 interviews so far and 78 offer letters in hand. I have done ground level sales & marketing of all Agri Inputs, machineries ,their parts with some of the industry's giant organizations who gave me ample space & opportunities to own the international standard of performance. I have been with hardcore farmers while practicing their day to day operations. Almost each state of India I have visited and stayed with their local public to understand the potential and challenges they face everyday. I have done trade of Agri finished- unfinished goods domestic & international by studying relevant aspects. I have been a part of actual commercial transactions at each stage from farm to fork. This was a amazing journey though. I have so blessed with the path shown to me by by fortune & almighty to meet & greet the people in every possible ways. So the followers are crossing nearly 5 Lacs now and phone contacts are above 1,00,000. This is a personal achievement.The Market is never easy and it changes every moment. The assumptions never work as it is. The past experiences would not help always. Traditional practices needs to be changed.I was a part of many corporate events and the diary is full of successes & failures together. I Count the achievements as a blend victory's & losses. I have learned to respect the surrounding whatever may be elder or younger. The power of relations is seamless.The importance of theoretical knowledge is must while performing any technical task. One has to be emotional as per situation demands- and the professionalism must be in the blood itself. We can learn communication skills through coaching but understanding the meaning of words which you don't know the language is the real skill .
