- Leading Front office production support team providing support to eFX, Spot, Forward, Options, NDF trading desks, Sales and Futures business. Team covers front to back Currency support including eClient Services acting as L1 for our external FIX and SDP clients. - Responsible for day to day management of the team and ensure effective support service for our business and clients.- Managing key relationships with business, running weekly 1-1s with stakeholders to go through open issues / new initiatives / expectations management. - Chairs eFX business (Trading and Desk) and Tech meetings. Covers list of open issues, ongoing projects, new client on boards, Business performance.- Part of global and regional technology production management teams. Responsible for Capacity and Stability management across Currencies application stack.- Manage relationship with vendors .- Ownership of post incident reviews. Regular communications to business on any Severity 2 / Severity 1 and actions or improvements on the back of it.- Provide monthly deck for senior stakeholders in Business and Technology for major achievements , changes and challenges for the month.

Singapore

- Responsible for managing support of the global electronic FX trading environment during APAC hours which covers approximately 300 global FIX connections in 6 data centers globally (3 of which are colocation sites) , Internal Business Desks (EMG , FORWARD , Spot, Sales) and Bank’s FID Single Dealer Platform. - Relationship management with business stakeholders across APAC,Business desks heads, and senior IT managers across FX IT globally. As a member of the PTG FX Management committee driving gloal stability, incident and problem management initiatives.- A member of the global FX Change Approval Board.

- Team Lead of the Cash Equity Support team , directly dealing with user queries and production issue and mentoring team in production scenarios. Managing day to day work and weekend work list for rest of team.- Exchange Links support , dealing with business / clients queries on trade / latency / static data issues. - Position Management / Fidessa support , dealing with business queries on positions and risks
