I am currently serving as a Lab Engineer for the largest group in Hardware Assurance and Cybersecurity in North America. I have a Cumulative experience of countless hours for 6 years with various instruments including FIB-SEMs, Nanofab, X-Ray machines, PHEMOS , Nano-probing and others for various research projects. I have worked and contributed on more than 50+ projects ( research as well as sponsored) in collaboration with various other government agencies/private semiconductor companies. I am passionate about advancing the field of hardware security assurance in the semiconductor fabrication and packaging industry. With a material and electrical engineering background, I have developed expertise in advanced packaging techniques, such as 2.5D, 3D, and Heterogeneous Integration, and their implications for security and reliability. My current responsibilities include training graduate students, government engineers and employees on different failure analysis and physical inspection instruments capabilities. In addition, I also actively contribute in developing and teaching lectures for Physical Inspection/Failure Analysis tools ,Advanced Packaging and Heterogeneous Integration at University of Florida, government programs and multiple conferences.
