 Responsible for the business in the designated Region in entirety, ensuring smooth functioning of operations, onboard new bus operators. Should be up to date with the market knowledge of different bus operators and regularly be in contact with the existing ones and visit them as per process.  Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities . Procure maximum inventories for redBus.in and ensure that all the signed up inventories are always available on redBus.in.  Ensure all issues pertaining to bus operators are resolved ethically and amicably  Responsible utmost customer satisfaction in his region, has to address and resolve all customer issues in his area of operation with minimum escalations  All fiscal processes, payment methods and related processes for region are adhered to as per company’s policy. Co-ordinate and follow up with all the other locations and HO to be updated on the functioning of the business and locations. Provide inputs to the corporate team on the learning from the analysis and coordinate to take immediate corrective actions wherever necessary.
