Furthermore, the report also entailed the verification of companies' compliance with the AER regulations for Hydraulic Fracturing operations. Moreover, it involved an in-depth analysis of an ongoing dispute between two oil and gas companies, West Brick Service Ltd. and Ridgeback Resources Inc. (now under Saturn Oil and Gas Inc.), with TransAlta, the owner of Brazeau Dam, regarding the potential impact of fracking operations on the dam's stability.
