1) Focuses on the design validation of Electronic Control Units, RADARS, ADAS Systems Camera Modules for various customers like Volkswagen, Stellantis, Fisker, PSA, etc. through FEA software and checking the product feasibility in the real world. 2. Simulation study based on various Load cases such as Static, Dynamic (Random, Harmonic, Mechanical Shock), Transient, Steady-stateconditions like Thermal Shock, Bolt Pretention, PCB Micro-strain simulations are being carried out.

1) Expertise in handling CAE structural analysis for key Automotive Electronics components like Clusters, Audio Infotainment, Integrated Displays and Audio Silver Box. 2) Proficient in the dual domain (2d), 3D Tetra, Hex mesh modelling for various complicated projects which involves critical locations of possible failure in accordance with customer quality criteria. 3)Analyzed and validated the product by performing FEA simulation like Modal, Frequency Response (FRA), Linear and Non-Linear Static Analysis and comparing the results with the testing data which helps me to improve and develop new simulation methods, using simulation / test correlations. 4) Supported various domestic and overseas OEMs for Driver-Information product development programs all through the product design cycle (20 projects annually). 5) Streamlined the FEA process to eliminate the errors6) Details CAE Assessment of the Vehicle/subsystem and root causing analysis have been done to find out the cause of failure in system. 7) Designed the parts and validate the design of the parts by simulating their behavior when submitted to customer specifications (static, thermo-mechanic, vibration or impact, durability). 8) Team Player with expertise in CAE training and orientation to new CAE engineer and successfully deploying of PO standards and methodology.
