· Directly reporting to the COO & CFO and the Financial Controller.· Processing of Invoices against purchase orders and Non-Purchase Orders for ADSS and other entities under ADS Holding LLC.· Validate to ensure transactions comply with financial & procurement policies and procedures, keeping in mind with the Federal Tax Authorities Policies.· Processing of purchase orders as in when needed.· Processing of invoices on the online portal of banks (FAB and ENBD).· Actively engaging with business / vendor to reconcile supplier statement of accounts.· Working with the Banks closely in opening / closing of accounts and other related services.· Preparing of FATCA, Self-Certification forms and other compliance documents for finance.· Provide supporting documentation for audits.· Assist with FTA (Federal Tax Authorities - UAE) documentation as needed.· Working with Investment & Wealth Management and Operations Teams in banking.· Assist with other projects for Finance and IT as needed.· Preparing of Report on Invoices and other Monthly Actives.

· Processing Application of Loans and Credit Card on the ICE System for FH and IFH· Creating of daily MIS report and Dashboards.· Investigate & resolve application discrepancies.· Timely resolution of application queries with the stakeholders.· Working closely with CAC and COPS teams for the Disbursement of the Loans and Credit Card. · Work with internal and external auditors in FH and Group Compliance to ensure with policies and procedures.
