Cruise Ships Shore side Operations

• Mall operational setup.• Launching & opening of new store.• Handling retail operations and doing mall familiarization meets.• Responsible for the complete fit-out process of the stores and Renovations.• Responsible for the renovations of the stores as per the SOPs of the Mall.• Responsible for the smooth flow of Mall Retail Operations & Administration.• Preparing MIS report, upkeep audit to facilitate top management in decision making.• Developing strategic plans and budgets to ensure accomplishment of pre-set targets.• Conceptualizing & implementing business strategies as per set organizational objectives.• Ensure SOP adherence and coordination with retailers for operations effectiveness.• Liaison with various govt. bodies for permissions & licenses required and cordial relation with mall management authorities for smooth operation of stores.• Implement the Retail Excellence program and drive retail productivity drivers.• Plan and implement retail operations procedures in the store to deliver the desired Level of consumer satisfaction conducting regular store performance review, analysis and initiation of corrective action.• Keeping track of business allowable as per the agreed leave & License agreement.• Tracking the store keys, key handover letters, various trading licenses and keeping track of same.• Responsible for tracking L&L agreements, covering sheet (contents of revenue share, license fee commitments, escalations and other key commercials as per the agreement with timely escalation on renewal dates etc.

The first point of contact for all enquiries and direct the issues to related people.Develop and maintain strong rapport with existing residents and potential clientsConduct any viewings and tours of properties with clients in order to ensure that they are happy with the product and services.Daily liaison with the property service advisors in conjunction with any special request from current or new residents.Constant contact with the property managers with each building about service charges for all clients.Liaison with property service advisors about any billing inquiries for any tenants. Miscellaneous task included: Handling internal and external calls and delivering superior level of service includingHealth and safety, security and site presentation, maintain cleanliness, personal hygiene, key holding, record of patrols, handling guests, visitors, maintenance, contractors, deliveries, monitoring CCTV, backups of access control, liaison with residents and local authorities like police.

Responsibilities included:Liaising with European port Authorities including Coast Guard, Customs and Immigrations, to ensure smooth embarkation and disembarkation of passengers.Attending and conducting emergency drills onboard ship such as fire, bomb searches, leakage and man over board.Monitoring and profiling all passengers, crew and visitors documentation when on onboard ship, working on ship gate access control system and working hand in hand with ships command.Use of Ship Gate Control System to monitor passenger's presence and their safety.

Operating A Pass system.Liaising with Port Authorities.Completing Health and Safety checks.

Shift Manager managing a team of 10 security guards and 15 temporary contractors.Preparing shift Rota's.Designate tasks and departments relevant to functions / Conference requirements.Establish strong relationships within the department and other departments in the hotel in order to improve customer service and group coordination.Managing high level Security events.Responding to Alarms.
