I am the Chief Operating Officer at NeoLync - a next generation global electronics company engaged in the design and manufacture of high-end consumer electronics.In my previous role, I was the Chief Operating Officer for NowFloats, helping create apps that are "Proudly Made in India," that simplify the digital journey of large and small businesses in India. Prior to that, I was with Cognizant where I managed teams of highly qualified and experienced research analysts, who execute assignments in strategic research across a range of industries, and functional areas.In my stints in Technology, Financial Services and Management Consulting, I have had P&L responsibilities, led corporate functions, and gained exposure to various functional areas (automation, process design, analytics, service delivery, learning & development, recruitment, and employee relationship management). I have independently handled client and vendor-partner relationships and managed large-scale projects. I have also managed application deployment across verticals: Finance & Accounting, Facilities & Administration, HR & Learning, Legal & Compliance, and Analytics Services.
