- Early member in a venture backed by North Bridge Venture Partners and Austin Ventures. Acquired by Qualcomm in 2014- Involved from early days through mass production and revenue.- Multiple lead roles in key operational areas - CAD methodology, Circuit design, Chip integration, Chip verification, IT.- Established and led complete software/CAD infrastructure for the company from the ground up.- Directly involved with production planning. Worked with all supply chain nodes (fab, packaging, assembly) to streamline data- and material-transfer.- Planned, implemented and maintained software tooling based on technology needs, customer requirements and budget. Extensive coding and software development in multiple languages on Linux and Windows- Planned, installed and maintained company's server stack, data backup, virtualization, networking, SQL Server and Tableau database just because it was fun. Utilized IT consultants when necessary.

- Key software pre-sales role in customer engagements at 20+ semiconductor clients in Texas, Colorado, Arizona. Increased bookings and run-rate by $7M over 4 years.- Methodology consultant for key enterprise account - Freescale/Motorola worldwide (US, Brazil, Japan, Ireland, France, Israel). Member of 22-person team that closed a historic $120M+ contract with Freescale (2005).- Formulated, tested, presented, delivered and deployed innovative solutions to client's complex methodology problems.- Contributed to product improvement through customer experience and feedback
