I am a Junior Manager at SUZUKI MOTOR GUJARAT PRIVATE LIMITED, where I am responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance for Transmission parts. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, one of the premier engineering institutes in India. My core competencies include Mechanical Engineering, Measurement System Analysis, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, and KAIZEN.In my current role, I conduct root cause analysis of line defects using 7 QC tools, process and warehouse audits at supplier end, 4M change monitoring, and standard room setup for basic inspection. I have also completed multiple certifications in SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS CREO, and GD&T, which help me to enhance my skills and knowledge in CAD and design. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to improve the quality and efficiency of our products and processes. I value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and I strive to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
