Dream Plast is a subsidiary of the Sunino Group from Italy. It is into plastic injection technology for food packaging industry. The group is more than 50 years old and has a rich history of being amongst the preferred suppliers of prestigious customers such as Ferrero, IMC Toys, Artzana, Mattel, Fisher Price etc. The company specializes in creating infrastructure and quality (its USP!) that are extremely important for the Food packaging and Toys industry. A lot of emphasis is paid on Factory & Personal hygiene and maintaining close to clean-room-conditions.Dream Plast was incorporated in Pune (India) in 2010. It grew tremendously, setting up 1 factory every year (by 2017 the number was 7 factories). The Company has now consolidated into 3 large factories - all located in & around Pune with a total built-up space of over 25,000 sqm.Dream Plast currently produces Plastic Promotional Toys, Dolls, Games & Puzzles, Rattles, Bath Toys and several other items, with a daily capacity of 1 million Promotional Toys (~ 5 million injected pieces) and 7000+ Dolls. This high volume is achieved with the help of lean manufacturing and in-house man-machine-material strengths. The Company has about 60 injection molding machines, 40+ pad-printing and 40+ ultrasonic welding machines.
