Co-founded Gridstone Research, a venture backed financial technology, data products and services company.- Integrally involved in building the business idea and selecting appropriate technologies to achieve business goals- Responsible for vendor selection and management - Translation of business concepts into products. Delivering an alpha release in 4 months and 3 major generations of production systems spanning 8 major systems over 5 years- Developed the architecture of the end-to-end Gridstone application suite- Solving for optimal mix of operational efficiency, speed and quality through the operations process design- Built offshore engineering and product management teams from scratch. This team included deep specialists in text analytics, NLP and machine learning.- Led the design and development of a unique search product for financial research- Managed both outsourced and in-house engineering teams, (50+ team). Direct responsibility for design, development, global deployment and support of, all IT systems enabling client facing business operations worldwide. (40+ global team)- Drove the enterprise IT strategy planning and execution process as a senior member of the IT management team. - Actively participated in new product selection and systems deployment planning for the enterprise.- Conceptualized, built and deployed an industry-leading CRM system that was tightly integrated with pricing and forecasting and was a key enabler of Infosys being able to scale field operations during a period of very high growth. A case study on this CRM system was written by the University of Georgia. Delivered >$25Million direct savings alongside numerous efficiency gains. - Ran a complex global process change initiative tied in to the adoption of the new CRM system and field operations practices. Ran a global train the trainer program, personally training the trainers, evangelized adoption of new practices and systems. - Managed the planning and execution of SOX 404 compliance in the Order thru Remittance process.- Worked closely with management and the security team to create a secure, yet easy, system for worldwide field personnel to connect from anywhere.

- As project leader worked directly with the sales management team to develop and execute an IT plan for field ops. Sales force automation, first ever deployment of a managed system to the rapidly growing global field force, which had till then operated without any centralized systems support. Effort included needs analysis, product selection, procurement, sales process definition, customization, migration, rollout and support.- SAP R/3, functional implementation of the Sales & Distribution Module, SAP R/3 BASIS: plan, configure and install of a 3 system R/3 landscape and support for enterprise deployment.- Project Leader-Enterprise messaging: product selection, planning, change management and deployment of MS exchange across 14 locations and over 3000 desktop and mobile users- Lotus Notes, Pilot deployment, application development. Built and ran a groupware system supporting executive management at multiple locations globally.
