Key Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing and anchoring Strategic Business Plans (3-5 years) and laying down long term business profitability roadmap  Preparing and anchoring the Annual Business Plan, Monthly Rolling Estimates, Analysis of deviations from Budget, Reports for Management Review Meetings  Responsible for Managing P&L and ensuring delivery of Net Operating Profit before tax (NOPBT) for the Business Unit and presenting at Management Review Meetings Cash Flow Planning, Management and Reporting. Monthly Reporting to Region Headquarters with detailed variance analysis Business Performance analysis and MIS to support management decision making

 Responsible for overall Commercials of the Organized Trade Channel (Modern Trade, Railways, On Premise, Canteen Stores Department) Negotiating and Closures of Terms of Trade with the OT customers Proactive closure of business issues and periodic financial reconciliations with customers to ensure smooth business operations Preparation of Annual Operating Plan for the OT Channel including sales volumes and market spends. Analysis of deviations vs plans and reporting to Management.  Periodic interactions with the Chain Customers to develop wiring and remove bottlenecks to smooth functioning.  Identifying and action out profitability improvement opportunities for the Channel

 Handling purchase and operations (manufacturing) planning for the Business Unit  Working out the ‘zero base’ manufacturing footprint for the Business unit optimizing total input costs  Facilitating New Product P&Ls with inputs from cross functional team - anchoring the financial review & suggesting profitability measures Financial modeling to evaluate returns for various Capital Expenditure requirements. Preparation of Annual as well as Strategic Business Plans and variance analysis and reporting.

 Conducting tax briefing for international assignees. Evaluating and applying various aspects of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement. Preparation and filing of the Indian return of income of international assignees Compensation structuring and Advisory on Employee Stock Incentive Schemes. Preparation and filing of TDS and FBT returns.
