My team is dedicated to advancing industrialization, standardization, and lean manufacturing practices in the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, enabling us to deliver innovative, high-quality product, system, and machinery solutions.In this role, I am focused on driving project outcomes and deliverables, continuously seeking ways to enhance profitability, improve cost efficiency, and mitigate risks. By ensuring optimal resource utilization and accelerating the project development cycle, I help streamline our processes and foster swift, effective problem-solving.My responsibilities include overseeing industrialization and standardization strategies, managing projects end-to-end, and applying cost engineering principles. I facilitate business cases, oversee investments and tooling, manage budgets, and ensure the integration and procurement of advanced systems and equipment. My mission is to embed practices like Design-to-Cost, Value Analysis, and lean methodologies early in the process. This approach allows us to streamline industrialization, capture efficiencies, and maximize profitability across projects.
