As the Head of Delivery for Railroads Business Unit (North America) at Tech Mahindra, I am responsible for managing the P&L, business development, delivery governance, technology innovation, and people and delivery leadership for this multi-million dollar business unit. I have over 8 years of experience in this role, and I have successfully designed and executed strategies for new customer acquisition and growth of footprint in the railroad business.My core competencies include scaling teams and collaboration processes for team sizes of 50 to 500, building nurturing and transparent work environments, delivering projects with agility across multiple teams, and fostering a value-based and customer-focused culture. I have also collaborated with reputed academia for research and development on railroad domain business problems, and delivered solutions using Java technology stack, system integration, industrial internet (IoT), automation, and analytics. I am passionate about building inspired, engaged, and high-performing leaders and teams, and developing and coaching talent. I have received multiple ACE awards for continuous excellence in delivery, and a long service award for my achievements in 26 years of service with Tech Mahindra.
