Responsible for managing the branch profitability, ensuring high quality service and customer relationship management. Responsible for managing sales and Wealth management functions while managing day to day branch operations , adding High Net worth Individual accounts to the client list. Managing a portfolio of selected high net worth Individual customers, generating revenues by cross selling investment avenues such as deposits, mortgages and wealth management products with HDFC Bank Ltd. Currently branch’s deposit size is 70 cr / assets business is 500 cr and total customer base is more than 22000. To ensure business planning, budgeting, timely performance reviews, quality of business promotion, branding strategies, PR, liaison and management of external environment.Establishing healthy business relations with clients & external associates for securing repeat business & long term loyalty and work towards solving their queries and complaints efficiently. Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotion activities as a part of market development and brand building effort across the center.Continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices. Supervising hiring, training, staffing and coaching of 4 customer service representatives and 2 personal bankers; 5 tellers and 1 relationship manager and few contact staff. Lead team of 16 bankers and monthly sales figures to determine if goals were met. Develop relationship with various stake holders to make client acquisition strategies and recommend ground level feedback for service improvement and new products. Own all branch banking objectives and over all branch operations. Ensuring compliance with Banking Rules, Regulations and Procedures. Ensure Clarity of Business objectives among staff.

Responsible for day to day banking operations, cash management & maintenance of branch ATM as well as two offsite ATMs and sourcing of CASA.Dealing in diverse range of investment products including insurance, Mutual funds, equities etc.Actively involved in branch set up in North Gujarat right from the inception of the branch.Prepare, implement and maintain an effective branch business plan.Be customer obsessive by exceeding customer expectation through quality and timeliness of service and by providing and excellent customer experience.Manage the induction process for new team members.Facilitate and undertake continuous improvement activity at a team level, generating a culture of continual improvement which encourages innovation and improves efficiency.Identification of cross selling opportunity thereby embedding customer loyalty by meeting customer needsAchieved month on month targets by adopting innovative sales management techniques.

 Responsible for general accounting activities, trial balance monitoring, fund management and management information. Co-ordination with branches, agencies and brokers for database management of Home Loan clients across Gujarat. Provide admin support to other departments such as operations, credit, legal and technical.

 Responsible for preparation of vouchers, bank reconciliation and petty cash accounting on a daily basis. Organize sales and marketing activities for the various products of the company  Provide assistance to the senior manager for branch co-ordination and management audit for select set of branches
