I have successfully co-founded, operated and lead the merger of an IT services company, Lambent Technologies, which was one of the best and earliest adopter of Mobile Technologies in India, providing services to Fortune 100 software ISV companies across US and Europe. It was merged with GlobalLogic Inc., in the year 2006 and became of the most valuable division of the company. I enjoyed the experience of leading delivery center and functions at global level for one of the best pure play product R&D Services Company in the world, GlobalLogic Inc., and grow along with it from a size of 300 people to 7000 people worldwide. Apart from it, I have been involved in startup ecosystem by virtue of mentoring and investing in various companies in the area of IT and Mining like Kratin Software (Healthcare & Retail), mBalzon Solutions (Mobile Entertainment, acquired by uMundo in 2007) , Locationguru (Enterprise Mobility), Kratin Mining Solutions (Consulting & Skill development) and others.As part of my passion and commitment to bring positive change in the life of people, I am actively involved in establishing a unique education campus (K-12 School) at Nagpur, which is committed to mentors “Achievers of Tomorrow” with its unique learning model best suited for upcoming Gen ‘Z’ of the future.Going forward, I will like to get more involved with startups in the area of IT (Internet of Things & Data Analytics) and Education sector as an Investor or Mentor and be part of the team poised to build the next best company in the world.I believe in working in class and not in mass.
