Project Manager – 11/33/66kV LevelMore than 9 years of hands-on experience of Project related activities:• Managed from inception to commissioning and executed various nature of Power Projects including AIS & GIS Substations, Power Transformers, Transmission Towers, Underground Cables, OFC, Switchboards, CRP, RTU, System Improvement etc.• Managing complete cycle of Project starting from material receipt to execution and commissioning.• Authorized to avail Shutdowns and Permit to Work on Electrical Networks and Power Substations.• Network Planning based on the requirement of existing network or customer proposal.• Analysis of Site and Scheme framing so as to execute the necessary work.• Review of BOQ, Contractual Work Orders and Drawings.• Material Planning and co-ordination with Contracts and Vendors for timely delivery of the material.• Thoroughly understanding the Contractual documents and the need of customer.• Vendor and Factory Evaluation as per approved criterion• Material Inspection at Vendor's premises as per QAP• Ensuring execution of Project in line with approved specifications and drawings. • Co-ordination with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks. • Supervision and tracking of project and team member's performance closely to quickly intervene to avoid mistakes or delays.• Project Documentation and progress reports.• Managing projects within the framework of Contractual Terms and Conditions.• Hands on Experience of SAP and eGIS for effective process flow• Liaison with Government Institutions and Statutory Bodies for smooth Project execution and necessary clearances.• Ensuring the completion of work within time and with the best of quality.• Responsible for safety of manpower deployed at site.• Measurement Verification, Amendment Proposal and Bill clearances

11kV Power DistributionLed team of more than 15 for almost 3.5 years with following responsibilities: • Operations of HT, HVDS, LT ABC Circuits, Distribution Transformers, Air Circuit Breakers, 11kV Underground Cables.• Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown maintenance of HT, HVDS, LT ABC Circuits, Distribution Transformers, Air Circuit Breakers, 11kV Underground Cables.• In-house refurbishment of 1000+ Distribution Transformers per year saving Rs. 2Cr per year.• In-house overhauling of Distribution Transformers including testing, oil filtration, oven drying and replacement of accessories.• Root cause analysis of failed Distribution Transformers• Preparation and submission of Technical Feedback Report to Vendor in case of Guarantee period failed transformers. • Express On-site servicing of Distribution Transformers• Inspection at vendor’s premises.• Material Planning and Indenting as per the schedule.• Maintaining record of material consumption, details of transformers repaired at workshop and transportation log.• Hands on experience of SAP and eGIS for effective process flow
