Training & Guiding suppliers on effective implementation of ISO/ APQP standards for parts / processes to achieve ZERO rejection level. Introduce error proofing techniques. Conveyorised Assembly line set-ups for Mahindra vehicles interior parts like Seating systems, Dashboards, consoles, and other interior trim parts ( incorporating Jigs /fixtures, automatic torque tools etc) to cater 1.20 lacs vehicles productions per year.2. Design & implementation of complete Material handling / Logistics systems for 80 types of Finished Goods parts as well as 400 types of Raw material parts.3.
