As BU IT representative working with central IT team and manage overall IT end user computing (EUC) functions including desktop engineering, desktop support, application packing, operations system deployments, patching, management, as well as hardware inventory and asset management. • Lead IT meetings to ensure service delivery targets and operational requirements are met and new requirements are being identified ahead of schedule (resource forecasts, new systems requirements etc.). • Ability to quickly identify problems and effectively implement solutions, as well as perform continuous process improvements. Ensure timely decisions about open issues, escalating if necessary.. • Work with IT finance team for IT Annual budget planning. • Scheduling weekly CCB meetings with development team to understand their concerns and requirements. And bi weekly MRG meetings for reviewing application change request and approvals from MRG group for those application which developed by our internal development team. • Provide regular updates to senior IT leadership on the status of initiatives, roadmaps, and operational updates. Work with IT leadership to promote and maintain standardization of computing environmentsManging and Supporting to Industrial production line IT equipment's.( Network , Vender provided Desktops ,Work stations) • Ensure resources are supporting the availability of essential mission critical systems and systems infrastructure within the area of responsibility. • Manage projects with full responsibility for project results in the context of delivery to cost, quality, schedule, and stakeholder satisfaction. • Create project schedules and drive projects in cooperation with stakeholders. • Ensure appropriate Project documentation. • Strong understanding of various technologies including infrastructure (server, storage, networking), applications, cloud technologies, information security, and databases.
