* Responsible for the overall agency functions and monitoring the Shipping Operations, documentations, Crew matters, ship-supplies, Claims etc, for all the Tramp vessels at all India ports of Mumbai, JNPT, West Coast and East Coast of India along with Team. * Liaisoning with Ship-owners, operators, Charterers and Masters, provide them highest standards of quality and consistency of service while placing particular emphasis on minimizing costs and trouble- free performance of their vessels in Port* A planner with expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve reduction in terms of logistics cost. * A keen strategist with expertise in managing entire business operations with key focus on top line & bottom line profitability by ensuring the optimal utilization of resources /Team.* Getting reports after conclusion of Port users Review Meeting from all Indian port branch officers for reviewing and updating the prospects to owners* Ensure whether there is any congestion in port and accordingly intimate and plan with vessel operator to change the rotation of the vessel so as to avoid any delay of vessel movements.* Coordinating with Port Authorities for berthing & unberthing of vessel at Port.* Scrutinize the prior and final disbursements and accordingly approve the charges.* To introduce new business for company by contacts with Potential principals / operators as value addition for business growth.

 Performed in and out clearance of Ship from Customs, Immigration at Jebel Ali Port, Dubai Dry Dock, Sharjah Port and Sharjah Hamriyah Port. Send estimated D/A before vessels arrival Via Da – Desk system. Supervised operation during Loading / Discharging of cargo. Supervised cargo Operation at Abu Dhabi, Musaffah port, GPC jetty etc  Distributed daily workload within the team and ensure all work is completed on time. Corresponded with Port control at Jebel Ali, Dubai Dry Dock, Sharjah Port and Sharjah Hamriyah Port to berth the vsl without any delay. Corresponded with Port Stevedores during Loading / discharging cargo operation. Corresponded with Ch. Officer / Shippers / Receivers during Loading / Discharging Operation and make sure that cargo is being Loaded / Discharged as per given sequence and Stowage Plan.  Communicated with all Sub Agents Offices at Various PG Ports during Vessel’s call at the relevant ports.  Send Vessel updation for PG ports in daily Basis to BBC Chartering – Dubai Office. Communicated with Charterers, Owners, and Principals regarding for agency related correspondence.  Arranged hotel accommodation / Immigration formalities / Custom clearance formalities for Crew Change at Jebel Ali, Dubai Dry Dock , Sharjah Port and Sharjah hamriyah port in a regular basis  Processed Export Documentation for Halliburton and Hal Chemical Dubai, UAE in a regular Basis.

 Corresponded with all Branch Offices at Various Indian Ports during Vessels call at the relevant port.  Corresponded with all Company offices around the Globe for expected Vessels calling India and subsequent correspondences with concerned Principals for Agency Nominations. Prepared Statement of Fact, time sheet and other cargo related documents. Communicated with Charterers, Owners, and Principals regarding agency related correspondence. Booked Air tickets / Hotel Bookings / Immigration formalities / Custom clearance formalities for Crew Change at Mumbai son regular basis for our Sister Company – Barber Ship management.  Worked on companies on line Package/ Tracking System (Vessel Operation Support System). Updated vessels on all India bases. Send estimated D/A before vessels arrival and updating final D/A within 48 hrs before vessels sailing from port Weekly reports to potential principals and clients for various cargoes handled in Indian ports. (Cement, Clinker, Copper Concentrate, Ammonia/ P.Acid, Edible Oil, Iron Ore & coal Reports)
