Sales Team Lead
CurrentResponsibilities:1) Onboard new customers and manage the handoff, b/w sales and client services team.2) Spotless kickoff, discovery and project planning phase by collaborating with the client services team. 3) Find ways to grow these customers (either in terms of revenue or LTV) by in-depth need assessments that will empower to upsell and cross-sell complementary services that will result in success. 4) First touchpoint for customers regarding any escalation, and develop a feedback mechanism that makes sure you’re always on top of the priorities customers have. 5) Manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to renewal and expansion.* Knowledge about Marketing automation and tool like:- 1. HubSpot, 2. Salesforce, 3. Marketo, etc.* SEO, Digital Marketing, and Paid ads* Inbound Marketing* Marketing Automation * Website design and development* Designing * Mobile App ( Native & Hybrid)
