Grabyo is the market leader in real-time social video. Its scalable, cloud-based suite of tools enables broadcasters and content rights holders to instantly create, distribute and monetise real-time video clips across any platform and device.My main responsibility is to ensure clients have a smooth experience on the platform and to jump in and guide them through the times they may face issues on Grabyo. This includes joining video or phone calls on the fly to help calm the clients down while also trying to find a solution to the problem at hand. The role also includes doing Product demos in person and client training through video calls. These clients include UFC, Formula 1, WWE, BT Sport globally while in the region clients include Mediacorp, Thai PBS, Media Prima and Channel News AsiaResponsibilities: - Point of contact for all operational and technical services with our clients in the region- Reaching a high level of understanding the product, cloud production and the various delivery methods- Training and Product demos for clients both in person and through video calls- Maintaining customer support SLAs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction- Remote and onsite support for live events as part of the production/support/operation team
