• Responsible for sourcing candidates from Job Boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) and screen them as per client requirements.
• Responsible for new contract negotiations and contracts renewals/extensions with both clients as well as consultants
• Utilized a variety of resume database subscriptions, job posting sources, user group links to obtain hard-to-find candidates and consistently researching and keeping abreast of the Internet.
• Helped the other team member by sometime interviewing the candidates, negotiating the rates or by solving the other critical problems.
• Establish and maintain strategic business relationships with current and prospective hiring managers by scheduling in-person meetings, and phone calls to obtain a full understanding of their specific department needs.
• Mentoring, motivating and supporting Recruitment teams to achieve best performance, providing guidance and directives, training and monitoring the daily activities and performance of team members.
