Responsible for sourcing candidates from Job Boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) and screen them as per client requirements.• Responsible for new contract negotiations and contracts renewals/extensions with both clients as well as consultants• Utilized a variety of resume database subscriptions, job posting sources, user group links to obtain hard-to-find candidates and consistently researching and keeping abreast of the Internet.• Helped the other team member by sometime interviewing the candidates, negotiating the rates or by solving the other critical problems.• Establish and maintain strategic business relationships with current and prospective hiring managers by scheduling in-person meetings, and phone calls to obtain a full understanding of their specific department needs and to increase requisitions.• Mentoring, motivating and supporting Recruitment teams to achieve best performance, providing guidance and directives, training and monitoring the daily activities and performance of team members.• Utilized standard and creative recruiting techniques including cold calling, Internet search engines and job boards, e-mail archives, discussion/news groups, homepages, competitor directories, campus recruiting, job fairs, internal recruiting systems and databases.
