• Providing data analysis and Business Intelligence to drive better decision making and enhanced performance in sales and presales domain• Designing dashboard/reports using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, SSRS, ODBC connections using Databases like T/PL-SQL, Netezza, MySQL etc..• Manipulate, Validate, Analyze and interpreting data trends and providing actionable insights • Data mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using BI tools• Integrating all MIS sources for a comprehensive visualisation through dashboard & Scorecard creation for stakeholders• Gather user requirements to design new reports and enhance existing reports to meet end user expectations• Mentoring and assisting team of analysts

 Global service delivery through data transformation, Interpretation, Validation, analysis and reporting for EMEA, APAC & US regions that support decision making to the leadership also involves BAU activities like:• Root cause analysis, data collection, measurement & analytics • Extract and transform data into intelligent business relevant information• Processing data using various tools like SAS,SQL, SSRS, Toad for Oracle etc..• Analysing, Producing & delivering reports on Service Availability (SLA Vs Actual)for leadership team Identifying and investigating meaningful patterns, trends, & relationships by shifting through large amounts of data that demonstrate various acquisition and performance metrics to evaluate business.  Automate standard and complex reports using SQL, SSRS, VBA, Crystal Report etc.. Conceptualization, Designing, developing and maintaining new analysis/reporting toolsthrough BIA, data exploration, model estimation and validation, UAT, implementation and documentation. Support the delivery of a variety of regular and ad hoc strategy reports through conducting detailed analysis on large amount of raw data preferably in PPT & MS-Excel tables, Scorecards and graphs. Liaise with various departments to pursue the business benefits/requirements of data driven decisioning.

 Handling predictive modeling/analytics portfolio & projects related to Catastrophe Risk in Re/Insurance marketfor EMEA & US regions including assessing data Accuracy, Completeness & data validation with their impact on client portfolio/accounts also involves:• Data mining & benchmarking analysis on exposure database• Demographic aspect analysis with remedies to minimize portfolio uncertainty• Regression and Qualitative analysis on portfolios with large data sets & more…. Analyzing Property Insurance projects/portfolios for Risk on Building, Content & Business Interruption(BI) for Commercial, Industrial & residential line of business using tools like SAS, SQL, SSRS etc.. Preparation & presentation of final reports/analysis preferably on Power Point & MS-Excel Analytical & Operational support on various new risk /predictive models development  Communication with the client regarding the work flow, deliverables and queries related to the project.
