As part of the Management, handled the complete gamut of activities but primarily focusedon - Product Management, R&D (New technologies), Infrastructure (Platform| Hosting | Server), Deployment (Local | Cloud), Systems Engineering & Training. Discovered a stronger inclination for Human Capital portfolio that allowed development ofcore organization culture & unique appraisal system.

With a sacred vision to create a safer place for Women in India, started iSecure. Idea was to import high quality personal security products from China/Taiwan and build a unique portfolio for individuals and enterprises. Secured high level permissions from Home Ministry of India for importing these products. Created iSecure's complete digital identity and web presence. Managed to secure individual accounts alongside few corporate. Turned out to be a dud(humbly speaking) in the long run since the concept was running ahead its due time and thin sales pipeline. Indeed failed experiments form the foundation of our successful future.

Joined Amdocs as core developer in Migration team. Handled complex requirements for modules in C/C++ for large scale AT&T migrations both onsite (Dallas, US, Israel) & offsite. Was instrumental in development of critical packages/scripts that handled huge data chunks for conversions during each migration cycle.
