It provide a range of education products and services to institutions, governments and direct to individual learners since 1724.I am working as D.G.M (Service Operations)/Country Manager (Digital Workplace Services) with Pearson Education Services India Pvt. Ltd and supporting employees based out India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Nepal. I am managing a team of engineers based out NOIDA, Bangalore & Colombo offices. I work as liaison with Network, Audio-Video, security teams. My current roles and responsibilities are (but not limited to):• Managing Cap-ex and Op-ex budget for the regions• Maintaining the global standards for hardware deployment.• Working with Service Operations team to create and maintain the self help documents• Life cycle assessment of the systems• Local Infrastructure projects• Office Move/restructuring projects• Assuring that team provides resolution for all tickets logged as an incident within the defined SLA • End User Service Asset Management• Managing the deployment of laptops/Desktops/MAC in India as per global hardware standards• Vendor Management• Cost Optimization• Print & conferencing Services
