About Nitin Shah
With over 15 years of experience in the field of psychology and coaching, I lead the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and Related Sciences (ICHARS) as the CEO and the Master Trainer. ICHARS is an organization dedicated to providing high-quality hypnotherapy training and intervention services to individuals, couples, families, and corporates.My mission is to help psychologists and coaches develop advanced practitioners skills using a unique approach that integrates concepts and techniques from classical psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP, metaphors, and advanced coaching models. I am also the director at the ICHARS Support Foundation, a non-profit initiative that aims to promote mental health awareness and well-being in the society. Additionally, I am the founder of the Visit MHP initiative, a peer learning and support community for Psychologists. My work and vision are inspired by my personal journey, which I have shared in my book "Destiny of Choice".
