Designed and delivered a Data warehousing solution to build MARS (Management Analysis and Reporting System). MARS will provide R&D Operations Management a comprehensive view of resource demand, Supply, financial costs, actual effort as well as scheduling information across divisions and locations.MARS was the key system used for the R&D Budget process and Strategic planning process

Design and develop enhancements to the existing Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Berlex has a EDW to support the Business Analytics group for the Sales and Marketing function. Data is sourced from various internal systems ( Siebel, SAP BW, Siperian, Sales Alignment and Bonus) and external vendors (Mckesson, NDC, Medispan, Theracom). The EDW integrates the Sales data with call and samples data to analyze the effectiveness of Sales Force.The EDW also provides data to Siebel, Sales Alignment and Bonus system.
