I have worked for over 2 decades in various roles. I have worked with start-ups, small organizations and trans-national corporations. I have flourished as a sales professional in the IT industry (ex-IBM, ex-SISL). I have also been an entrepreneur and continue to carry this streak in my personality.Currently, I consult with leaderships of a few SMEs, involving strategic discussions around PDLC, business growth, etc.Following my passion, I am mentoring, teaching and coaching management students as a visiting faculty with few B-schools (NMIMS, ITM, SIES) conducting lectures in marketing and IT (non-tech).My research papers related to Digital Asset Management in the media industry, have been published in international journals.My penchant to write, has led me to publish my poetry book "Soulfool" and a collection of shairies called "Dastak-E-Dil". I have recently authored my first book "Screw The Bulb" that looks at learning management through humourous anecdotes. These are available on Notion Press, Flipkart, Amazon and Kindle.
